Re-using waste energy
The Kornfeil company is devoted to saving and re-using waste energy. At present, as energy prices increase steadily, the topic of waste energy utilization becomes very relevant. Gas and oil ovens usually have a combustion temperature of 250-300°C and a steam temperature of about 250°C. This energy represents 20 – 40 % of input energy necessary for baking.
This energy can be used again while maintaining high safety requirements for gas and oil ovens.
Ekoblok
Ekoblok is equipment for ideal recycling of steam and combustion energy from oil and gas ovens. It also removes injurants from combustions and markedly protects the environment. Ekoblok is able to use waste heat from several ovens at once. Its principal and the actual device are patently protected and the Kornfeil company is the only producer of such equipment in the world.

Waste heat exchangers
Vario heat exchangers serve to reuse waste energy from combustions for heating technological water and for room heating. The combustion temperature is decreased to 120 – 130 °C with thermal power of 6 – 15 kW.
