Fornata

The universality of electrical deck ovens makes them suitable for bakeries, confectionaries and supermarkets for ensuring fresh baked goods throughout the day.
Deck ovens are produced with 3 to 5 decks, each with separate controls, which enables simultaneous baking of various types of baked goods. There are three levels of upper and lower heat for each deck with regulators that maintain the selected temperature. The independent steaming units situated in the bottom frame ensure equal steaming of the whole baking area.
