With manual basket unloading
The operator unloads the dough onto the serving table, it is then overtaken by Asistent and charged into the correct deck. After the bread is baked, Asistent moves it onto the cooling expedition conveyor. The whole baking process, except dough unloading, is fully automatic…

 Conveyor belts

Modular conveyor belts are developed for transporting bread from production into expedition and for partial cooling. The conveyor belt can rise, decline and curve, as needed. Start, stop and transporting speed is controlled by computer.
