Transmitting station Akrobat & Fixbox is intended to use in automatic lines for loading of trug-free and special dought ( prooving without trugs ) from trolley direct to the oven.
After prooving in box proofer is trolley pushed in to the fixbox station and after Enter pressing, everything is going to be fully automatized and dought is passing by the Asistent unit into the oven in very short time.
